A light, fast outrigger boat with sliding seat, which can be built in a short time. Snipefish can be quickly hoisted on top of the car and unloaded single-handed.
The hull is a simple hard-chine shape, which can be built conventionally with chine stringers or stitch-and tape. The hull may be half-decked with some built in buoyancy for rough water.
